Artist's Description
From Gary Bernstein: "Kenny was a good friend and a good man. I was a big fan from early in his career; and as it turned out, he was a fan of my photography telling me that my books had influenced his style (and he went on to publish a beautiful book of his work behind the camera). He was thirsty for photography info, so we got together or talked frequently above and beyond the work I did for him design and photography-wise. I was at his house (his amazing house Lions Gate) just hanging out one day and I said to him "Ya know, when I want to just mellow out and chill, I put on Kenny Rogers ;). What do you put on?" He laughed and said "England Dan and John Ford Coley." I loved it :). What a talent!"
