From Gary Bernstein: “The first time I saw Elizabeth wearing the 33 carat $8.8 Million Krupp Diamond renamed The Elizabeth Taylor Diamond, I said to her, “Elizabeth, that darn thing actually looks real from a distance.” She laughed at me and said “Gary, it’s just amazing what they do with zircons today." The lady was always funny!”
